Join the Growth Team
DemandNow.ai is a data-driven revenue growth agency helping B2B and growth-stage companies scale from $1M to $20M — without wasting time or runway. We’re operators, not consultants. We’ve scaled companies to $20M+ ourselves, and we run a proven five-lever system spanning GTM strategy, full-funnel marketing, SEO & GEO, brand reputation, and influencer partnerships.
What’s our DNA?
- We invest heavily in technology and use automated processes to make our work, output, and insights faster and sharper.
- We are client-obsessed and are motivated to not just deliver rankings or reports, but rather to help them grow their bottom line.
- Our clients see an average 347% revenue growth. We treat every client’s budget like our own money — and we hold our internal strategies to the same standard.
The Role
We’re hiring a Senior SEO & Growth Strategist to be the architect of our clients’ organic success. While our writers create the content and our technical specialists tune the engine, you are the one steering the ship. You don’t just “do SEO”—you build predictable, scalable demand generation systems that turn searchers into high-value customers.
This role starts with a 3-month paid trial. If it’s a great fit on both sides, it converts to a permanent full-time position. We are looking for a long-term partner who wants to lead the “Organic” pillar of a fast-growing agency.
What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Strategy: Own the organic roadmap for a portfolio of 4-6 high-growth clients. You define the “why” and “how” behind every keyword targeted and every link built.
- GEO & AEO Leadership: Lead our Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) efforts. You’ll ensure our clients are the first ones cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews.
- Growth Architecture: Map keywords to the entire buyer journey (Top, Middle, and Bottom of Funnel). You’ll ensure we aren’t just ranking for “traffic,” but for the high-intent terms that drive MQLs and SQLs.
- Portfolio Orchestration: Act as the strategic bridge between the Content and Technical teams. You’ll review content briefs for strategic alignment and prioritize technical fixes based on their projected ROI.
- Advanced Link & Authority Building: Develop high-level digital PR and backlink strategies that move the needle on Domain Authority without ever touching “black-hat” tactics.
- Revenue-Centric Reporting: Move beyond “position tracking.” You will use GA4 and CRM data to prove how organic search is contributing to the client’s pipeline and revenue.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-haves: 5+ years of experience in SEO with a heavy focus on B2B SaaS or high-growth lead gen.
- Profoundly Analytical: You live in the data. You can look at a Google Search Console export and immediately see the story of what’s working and what isn’t.
- Full-Stack Vision: You understand the interplay between content, site architecture, and off-page authority.
- Future-Proof Skills: Deep curiosity about AI search (LLMs) and a proven ability to adapt strategies to the changing SEO landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional English (written and verbal). You can explain a complex growth strategy to a CEO in a way that makes them want to double their investment.
- Project Management: You are organized enough to manage multiple high-stakes accounts without anything falling through the cracks.
What We Offer
- Premium Compensation: We pay for talent. We offer a competitive salary for the right fit.
- A 3-month paid trial: A genuine runway to prove your impact and ensure we’re the right home for your career.
- The “Future of Search” Lab: You’ll be working at the cutting edge of AI and GEO, not just doing 2015-style SEO.
- Autonomy: We hate micromanagement. We give you the goal and the resources; you deliver the results.

Please include a link to your CV, and in the “Your Note” section, include a brief paragraph on how you believe AI (ChatGPT/Perplexity) is fundamentally changing keyword research, along with a short summary of a time you grew organic revenue for a client.
The Role
We’re hiring a full-time SEO Content Writer to own our content output end-to-end. Every month you’ll produce a mix of blog posts, landing pages, and case studies — all optimized to rank on Google, get cited by AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity, and actually be read by real humans.
This role starts with a 3-month paid trial. If it’s a great fit on both sides, it converts to a permanent full-time position. We’re not looking for a freelancer who disappears — we want someone who grows with us.
If you are ambitious, hard working, curious and always learning, then this role is for you. If those things don’t fit your description, then it’s not a good fit.
What You’ll Do
- Produce a consistent volume of high-quality content each month, including blog posts, landing pages, and case studies.
- Research and implement SEO best practices — keyword strategy, search intent, on-page optimisation, internal linking, content structure, and E-E-A-T.
- Apply AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) principles to win featured snippets and position content for direct answers.
- Apply GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) techniques to ensure DemandNow.ai gets cited and surfaced by AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews.
- Write content that supports our five core service areas: GTM Strategy, Full-Funnel Marketing, Demand Capture, Brand Reputation, and Influencer & Partnerships.
- Collaborate with the team via clear, proactive communication — flag blockers early, keep projects on track.
- Conduct content audits and improve existing pages.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI search trends, and shifts in how content gets discovered.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-haves: Proven experience writing SEO-optimised content — blogs, landing pages, and case studies (portfolio required).
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals — keyword research, search intent, on-page optimisation, E-E-A-T.
- Working knowledge of AEO — structuring content to win featured snippets and answer boxes.
- Familiarity with GEO — writing content that gets cited and surfaced by generative AI tools.
- Excellent written English — clear, professional, and adaptable across formats and audiences.
- Strong communicator: responsive, organised, and easy to work with asynchronously.
- Able to hit a consistent monthly content output without hand-holding.
- Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, Semrush, Surfer SEO, or Clearscope.
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
- Nice-to-haves: Experience writing in the B2B SaaS, growth marketing, or AI/tech space. Basic understanding of HTML/formatting for web publishing.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary (full-time, post-trial).
- A 3-month paid trial — a genuine runway for both sides to confirm the fit before committing long-term.
- Fully remote flexibility.
- The chance to build content for a fast-growing agency where your work will have real visibility and real impact.
- A direct, low-ego team that values sharp thinking and quality output over meetings and micromanagement.

The Role
We’re hiring a full-time Technical SEO Specialist to own the structural integrity and performance of our clients’ digital footprints. While our writers handle the “story,” you handle the “engine.” You will ensure that every site we manage is lightning-fast, perfectly indexable, and architecturally superior to the competition.
This role starts with a 3-month paid trial. If it’s a great fit on both sides, it converts to a permanent full-time position. We’re not looking for a freelancer who disappears — we want a technical powerhouse who grows with us.
If you are ambitious, analytical, detail-oriented, and love “breaking” things just to build them back better, then this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Technical Audits & Implementation: Conduct deep-dive technical audits (crawlability, indexability, site architecture, rendering) and, more importantly, lead the implementation of the fixes.
- Core Web Vitals & Performance: Own the “Speed” metric. Optimize LCP, FID, and CLS to ensure our clients provide a world-class user experience.
- Schema & Structured Data: Implement advanced Schema markup to support our AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) strategies, ensuring content is machine-readable for AI engines.
- Crawl Budget Management: Monitor and optimize how search engines interact with our sites, managing robots.txt, sitemaps, and internal linking structures.
- Migrations & Launches: Lead SEO strategy for site migrations, ensuring zero loss in equity during domain moves or CMS shifts.
- GSC & Analytics Ownership: Act as the primary monitor for Google Search Console; flag manual actions, indexing drops, or security issues the moment they happen.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Content Writers and Developers to ensure that technical requirements are baked into every new page and campaign.
What We’re Looking For
- Must-haves: 3+ years of experience specifically in Technical SEO (Agency experience preferred).
- Tool Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and PageSpeed Insights.
- Coding Literacy: You don’t need to be a Full-Stack Dev, but you must understand HTML, CSS, and how JavaScript impacts SEO.
- The “Detective” Mindset: You enjoy digging into log files and code to find out why a page isn’t ranking or indexing.
- CMS Expertise: Hands-on experience managing technical settings in WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
- AEO/GEO Knowledge: An understanding of how structured data influences AI search results (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini).
- Communication: Ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical clients and teammates.
- Nice-to-haves: Experience with SQL, Python, or automated SEO scripts. Background in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments. Knowledge of server-side optimization and CDN configurations (Cloudflare, etc.).
What We Offer
- Competitive salary (full-time, post-trial).
- A 3-month paid trial — a genuine runway for both sides to confirm the fit before committing long-term.
- Fully remote flexibility.
- The chance to be the technical architect for a fast-growing agency where your optimizations directly drive millions in revenue.
- A direct, low-ego team that values results over “busy work” and long meetings.

The Role
We’re hiring a Junior SEO & Brand Manager to run day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of client accounts, reporting to the General Manager. You’ll own execution, quality control and team follow-through, so senior time goes to strategy, audits and client growth.
DemandNow is a digital marketing agency serving brands across the US. Our portfolio spans US healthcare and wellness clinics, a US automotive dealership, B2B services and travel tech. Platforms include Shopify and WordPress.
The work is a mix of classic technical and on-page SEO and GEO (generative engine optimisation): making client brands visible and cited in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot and Google AI results.
- Title: Junior SEO & Brand Manager
- Reports to: General Manager
- Location: Colombo, hybrid
- Type: Full-time
- Experience: 3–5 years in SEO, ideally agency-side
What You’ll Do
Account delivery and client management
- Run day-to-day SEO delivery on 6–10 client accounts, keeping monthly plans, landing-page mastersheets and task boards current.
- Prepare monthly performance reports from GA4, Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and Shopify analytics, with clear commentary on what moved and why.
- Draft and send client updates, briefs and escalations in a professional register; flag risks (compliance, tracking gaps, indexing issues) early.
- Attend client calls, take notes and turn actions into tickets the same day.
Technical SEO
- Run scheduled site crawls (Screaming Frog), triage issues and produce summary reports with a prioritised fix list.
- Write changed-lines-only technical briefs and Jira tickets for client dev teams; follow them through to release and verify the fix live.
- Maintain robots.txt, XML sitemaps, canonicals, hreflang and redirects across multi-region storefronts.
- Handle site migrations and domain changes: redirect mapping, pre- and post-launch checks, Search Console moves.
- Diagnose Search Console, Merchant Center and indexing problems, and escalate platform issues with evidence.
GEO and AI search visibility
- Maintain llms.txt files and AI-crawler rules (GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, OAI-SearchBot) per client policy.
- Implement and validate JSON-LD schema (Product, Organization, LocalBusiness, FAQ, Article) using our house templates.
- Run monthly LLM prompt-tracking: test prompt sets across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot, log citations and competitor share, and report changes.
- Track AI referral traffic in GA4 and AI citation data in Bing Webmaster Tools.
Content and on-page
- Plan and brief landing-page clusters (location, service and make/model pages) using keyword research and competitor gap analysis.
- Write meta titles, descriptions and on-page recommendations.
- Review blog articles and guest posts before submission, using our “Errors & Fixes” review format: fact-check against verified-facts sheets, check brand mentions, anchors and links, and return marked-up Word documents.
- Support review-response drafting and reputation-management workflows for local clients.
Team coordination
- Act as first point of contact for SEO executives and interns: assign work, answer questions, and review output before it reaches the General Manager.
- Keep the team on process: timesheets submitted, tickets updated, deadlines met. Raise slippage early.
- Help onboard and train new juniors and interns using recorded sessions, templates and SOPs.
- Keep SOPs and templates up to date as processes change.
What We’re Looking For
Must have
- 3–5 years of hands-on SEO, with at least 2 years agency-side managing several clients at once.
- Confident with Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4, Bing Webmaster Tools and at least one of Ahrefs or Semrush.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO: crawling and indexing, canonicals, hreflang, redirects, sitemaps and robots.txt.
- Able to read and edit HTML and JSON-LD, and validate schema with Google’s and Schema.org’s tools.
- Experience on at least one ecommerce platform (Shopify, Magento or Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
- Strong written English: clean client emails, clear dev tickets, and the eye to edit other people’s content.
- Organised and reliable: you keep trackers current and close loops without being chased.
- Comfortable giving feedback to junior colleagues and holding them to process.
Nice to have
- Practical GEO/AEO experience: llms.txt, AI-crawler management, LLM prompt testing or citation tracking.
- Local SEO and reputation management (Google Business Profile, Birdeye or similar).
- Experience with healthcare or other regulated-industry content.
- Familiarity with Jira and Asana, and with Looker Studio reporting.
- Exposure to site migrations end to end.
